ATTENTION All ATHLETES
MANDATORY UNIFORM & EQUIPMENT RETURN
DUE BY: As soon as possible

As the season concludes, all graduating seniors are required to return all athletic uniforms and equipment issued to them.

Items to Return:

• Uniform tops and bottoms
• Helmet if not purchased beforehand

IMPORTANT:
When dropping off your items, you must include the following on a label or note:

• Full Name
• Jersey Number (if applicable)
• Team (e.g., Varsity Track & Field)

This is necessary to ensure accurate identification and inventory.

DROP-OFF LOCATION: Equipment Room
ACCEPTED DURING: 7:30am-3:30pm

NOTE:
Failure to return all issued items by the deadline will result in a Billed for a replacement fee.
